I work with teens and adults. My therapeutic work incorporates CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and somatic awareness (learning to feel your body) to achieve more consistent emotional regulation for a variety of symptoms associated with stress and overwhelm, such as:

  • Anxiety

  • Social anxiety

  • Depression

  • Codependency

  • Perfectionism

  • Difficulty making decisions

  • Self-criticism 

  • Emotion regulation

  • All-or-nothing thinking

  • Different or special needs
